Our stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences, especially for families, with some drawbacks worth noting. The spacious rooms next to the pool provided endless joy for our son, although the outdated design was noticeable. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, but some minor improvements could enhance the overall experience. The central location was convenient for exploring the heart of Hanioti, yet the wooden decking caused a slight inconvenience for our children. The dining options offered a good start to our days, but the absence of olives at breakfast was a small letdown.

The hotel offers nice, large rooms with additional living-room space and a small cooking area plus a balcony, although the actual glamour level doesn't match up due to old furniture and a slight smell of dampness. The kitchen was present but lacking basic utensils. The service was mostly professional and welcoming, yet there was an incident regarding necessary PCR testing for a late check-in. The location, despite its convenience near the city center, had issues with safety hazards like shower curtains causing slippery floors. The dining experience varied from enjoyable to lacking coherence in food choices. Overall, the facilities met basic expectations with room for improvement.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of luxury in the rooms and some challenges with the setup. The rooms were glamorous, spacious, and had a nice living area plus a small cooking space. Being close to the pool made it a blast for our son, although the price was on the higher side at nearly 150 euros per night.
